Waiting

Some reflections on waiting on God:

You're waiting on a person. It's personal. You need something, but you need God

Waiting is worship. The highest form of worship is the lament. Worship is not an event, but a way of life. Bring a sacrifice of praise. Get all your eggs in one basket. Bet the farm.

Waiting is active. A surfer on a wave or a ballplayer at their position, waiting.

Prayer is primarily about changing the one praying. As you wait, you are transformed.
