I dream of a church that is a matrix of relationships centered on Christ.

I dream of a church where we usually share with each other what God is teaching us and occasionally are taught by an equipping teacher.

I dream of a church that is an army, who "meat" in the street and homes and marketplaces, doing the stuff Jesus did.

I dream of a church that is for believers and not-yet-believers, where life and vitality is measured by how many babies are among us and not by individual growth and knowledge.

I dream of a church where the creativity and artistic expression of God is reflected in his people.

I dream of a church that is a dangerous place for fakers and frauds, where rebellious sin will be exposed in a loving and straightforward way.

I dream of a church where God is King in everything.

I also dream of a church where the people serve rather than consume.

I also dream of a church that is self-governing, where everyone has the same badge and uniform, and can say "halt" if they decide someone is going too far or is too loud or too fast for them.

I also dream of a church that is a "house of friends".

I also dream of a church that is not segregated by age or stage.
