Pray for your enemies

I had some difficulty getting into a nice deep slumber this morning and I finally was awakened, in the 2am hour, hearing the phrase, in my mind, "pray for your enemies". I was a little irritated that I was not sleeping well to begin with and then heard this word. I responded, thinking, "who are my enemies?", and "I don't have any enemies". But, I went through all the possibilities (I'm still half asleep) and prayed for these people anyways and went back to sleep.

When I woke up later, I looked up Jesus word to pray for your enemies. I thought about people who don't yet believe the gospel and want to wipe out those who do. These are the ones to pray for.
