Worship and the word for today

Deuteronomy 28:6

You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out.

Psalm 128:8

The Lord will protect your coming and going both now and forever.

1 Thessalonians 5:24

He who calls you is faithful; he will do it.

Isaiah 43:15-21

I am the Lord, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King.

This is what the Lord says— who makes a way in the sea, and a path through raging water, who brings out the chariot and horse, the army and the mighty one together (they lie down, they do not rise again;
they are extinguished, put out like a wick)—

“Do not remember the past events; pay no attention to things of old. Look, I am about to do something new; even now it is coming. Do you not see it?

Indeed, I will make a way in the wilderness, rivers in the desert. Wild animals— jackals and ostriches—will honor me, because I provide water in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my chosen people.

The people I formed for myself will declare my praise.

Isaiah 40:30-31

Youths may become faint and weary, and young men stumble and fall, but those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not become weary, they will walk and not faint.
